The Chinese "JD.com" plans invest $1.5 Billion in Self-driving Cars

Recently towards the end of the year 2017, The Chinese online retailer JD.com has entered the autonomous driving fray and plans invest 10 billion yuan (US$1.5 billion) in a project in Changsha, an equipment-manufacturing hub in Hunan province.
