Going to Abroad is not the ultimate… That same dream can also be actualized in your own land.
On 13th December 2107 at Akanu Ibiam Airport, The Ethiopian Airline landed and just as usual, up to four Ambulances were set on queue ready to carry corpse (of dream filled, highly intellect, over zealous citizens) who left their families, Loved ones, Friends and well-wishers to look for greener pastures in the Lion’s Den.
Hmmm, why won’t the pasture be greener, since the Lion doesn’t eat grass… I began to ask myself the following questions:
- Was this part of the big picture they sought for?
- Was this the Abroad they longed for?
- Is this the Greener pasture they’ve gone for?
- Assuming they were the only issue of their parents, how happy will their parents be seeing them lying in a box?
My heart sobers for them that didn’t knew they were blind.

The Truth is Abroad is neither heaven, nor paradise, nor world of roses. Abroad is just a well regulated place or city, nothing much.
